It's the fast food equivalent of the Turducken. Mulligan's, a bar in suburban Atlanta has created "The Hamdog", which consists of a hot dog wrapped by a beef patty that's deep fried, covered with chili, cheese and onions, served on a hoagie bun, and topped with a fried egg and fries.
