Man Eating Toilets?

The Aberdeen City Council is proposing to add some public toilets around the city. Nothing too unusual there. What is unusual is that the design they are considering is a retractable toilet! The units, each large enough for three men, are directly connected to the sewers, and can be hydraulically lowered into the ground, leaving just a manhole cover showing. How long before the headlines read: Man flushed in rogue urinal? The units would be manually controlled by the city council staff. Bet that will be a popular job.
