Depth Perception

Most German men use condoms. Most of the condoms sold in Germany are size Extra-Large. Yet a study revealed that most German men are of average size. Must be a proverb about vanity in there somewhere.

Reminds me of a story of Cold War one upsmanship. For propaganda reasons, the Soviets ordered a thousand gross cartons of condoms from a US manufacturer. They specified that they wanted them eleven inches long, and seven inches in diameter. Not wanting to lose the order, the company complied. Not wanting to give the Soviets any points though, they marked the size on all the boxes "Medium."
