I Get More Spam Than Gates?

Last month, Steve Ballmer gave a speech where he claimed that Bill Gates get 4,000,000 pieces of Spam a day. Techdirt points out that he later corrected this to be 4 million per year. That means he gets ~11,000 per day.

Yesterday my domain received ~6,000 pieces of crap. The rate of spam has more than doubled in the last few months. I'm the only one getting mail at the domain. Most of the spam is just shotgunned at random names.

If it goes on like this I estimate passing Gates by the middle of 2005. And I don't have an entire department to filter stuff out :(
